FIRST STAGE
Identification of the field for the project activities. Construction of a fence around the entire plot, for the future security of the children.
Installation/drilling of a borehole. Lack of drinking water is one of the serious problems in Kenya. In most rural areas there is no water supply system. Adults and children walk kilometers to fetch water for the household and other basic needs. Usually the quality of this water is extremely poor.
The drilling will completely solve this problem for both the Atsinafa Learning Center and the population in the area.
Architectural design of the project.
Sowing the farm with crops suitable for the region and climate
Construction of a greenhouse for some crops to avoid the risk of unforeseen climatic conditions.
Installation of solar panels for the future construction activity
Buying large, small livestock, birds.
Construction of wooden buildings/ pens/ for the animals.
Construction of a fish pond.

SECOND STAGE
For orphans and disadvantaged children, also access to children from nearby areas. Construction of a kitchen and dining room
Construction of a kindergarten, mainly for children of single mothers (if possible, providing jobs in the settlement for them)
Opening work circles with the aim of discovering and developing the various practical talents and skills of children
We envisage a running track, as well as practicing other sports suitable for the respective age of the children
Construction of bedrooms and service rooms
For the orphans who will live permanently in the Educational centers
For the volunteers who will come to work with the children
For visitors, donors, sponsors and other guests
Construction of additional service rooms for laundry

THIRD STAGE
Construction of a multifunctional room
Access to the Internet and computers for children from the centre and for external visitors from nearby village
Small stage for theater and art performances by children from our school and also for the community
Rental to external companies and organizations for various activities, meetings and events
Library and reading room with access to external visitors
IMPORTANT NOTE
All accumulated funds from the school activities will be returned to a fund - NGO bank account.
They will be absorbed for the relevant needs of the settlement at the present moment at the discretion of the investors,
The Board members of the NGO and the management of the relevant branches to the Educational centers.
